Do your products need to be transported cold?
No, our products do not require cold transportation. They can last up to 21 days outside the fridge without any issues.
How do you handle fraud and abuse of chargebacks?
We take fraud and chargeback abuse very seriously. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with evidence provided to the payment processor. Customers who engage in chargeback abuse may be permanently banned from making future purchases with us and we will ensure we contact the relevant bank and authorities to ensure bank accounts are closed with no notice
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Amazon Pay as our payment method. This helps protect both us and our customers from chargebacks, ensuring a secure and reliable transaction process.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 PM will be shipped the same day via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next working day. There is no order processing on weekends.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders. Please only email us if you have not received your package within 48 hours of dispatch.
